This 17th century property is located in the beautiful quiet Tuscan countryside, just 2 Km away from the walled Etruscan town of Cortona, very well known for Frances Mayes books, that many times remind our property in her pages. The restaurant is on two floors with a glass and wrought-iron conservatory and has 3 dining rooms: the main room can accommodate 60 people, the Clock room has only one table for a party of ten and a small cosy room with 5 tables. The one Michelin-starred Restaurant has an outside terrace for summer season. Our Executive Chef Richard Titi and the owner Mrs. Silvia Regi Baracchi and propose a creative cuisine, tied to the territory and its culinary great traditions. The cellar match with the menu a wide range of Italian and international wine labels, among which stand out the wines produced by the Azienda Baracchi in the estate. Sangiovese, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet and Trebbiano, olive oil and our champagne Metodo Classico Rosè: these are the grapes of our winery cellar, a tribute to the Cortona countryside. Our guests will enjoy to taste a glass of great wine in our romantic terrace. We are specialized in cooking courses and wine tours since 1996 and organize cooking weeks and cooking vacations for people, who love discovering the beauties of our land, full of traditions, which have roots in our very old past.
