La Brinca, nickname of the family of Texinin, that she lived in this agricultural house in the mid nineteenth century, from 1987 it ‘s restaurant and "caneva con fùndego da vin", that is inn with shop and wine cellar as it was used to say then. Brinca, Brincu, Briccu, in the ancient Ligurian etymology means "steep place", steep and hard as our land. Today La Brinca serves the traditional peasant cuisine from Valgraveglia: it ‘s the Ligurian cuisine of earth, tied up to the local products and the seasons.
