The restaurant is constituted from a chalet in wood, immersed in the green of a pine forest. The environment is treated and furnished in mountain style. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing.The kitchen is typical and regional with special caution to the search for the best materials of the local production. The neighborhood with the Savoy favored the introduction of speciality like: the pierrade (dish based on meat, vegetables and cheese that you cook directly on the table on a stone previously warmed up), the raclette (dish based on the homonymous cheese accompanied with mixed hams and boiled potatoes), the bourguignonne (dish based on tender meat cooked on boiling oil and accompanied from agreeable sauces), the chinoise (dish based on meat cooked on chicken soup accompanied from sauces and boiled rice), bagna caoda (very famous Piedmontese sauce composed from plentiful garlic and anchovies melt in the oil in which you dip vegetables of season) and the fondue valdostana (cream composed by cheese, milk and eggs in which you dip croutons of bread).
